Most European orders are shipped directly from our EU warehouses to reduce delivery times and avoid unnecessary customs delays whenever possible.

We offer free shipping on all electric scooter orders within supported EU regions.

For orders shipped within the European Union, applicable local VAT may already be included in the displayed product price where required.

Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees that may apply outside supported EU shipping regions.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website or through your order confirmation page.


Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Kepow EU is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Events outside our reasonable control
